Order your 3x4genetics Nutrigenomisc Test here! Upon receipt of payment you will receive the saliva test kit and instructions on how to return your sample via mail for analysis. 

Please note this DOES NOT include payment for dietitian education after your results are received. In the vast majority of cases, that education will be covered by your insurance. If you have any questions regarding payment for dietitian education, please contact us before ordering your test. 

Test kit is sold as is and is not returnable or refundable since it is a healthcare product. Unopened kits MAY be returnable on a case by case basis. Please contact Nicole for more infomation. 

You can choose to pick up your test kit or have it mailed to your house. To pick up in Kapa'a, HI choose Office Pickup from the checkout page and we will reach out to arrange this after receiveing your order.
